This is a used, but STOCK AF Pro.
You can see here, that the stock plunger shroud can be stressed by even the stock plunger/spring set up. This is why we offer a downgrade spring. We do not offer replacements for damaged shrouds.
Again, this is a STOCK AF PRO, lightly used.
This where 99% of skinny pusher issues start. Do NOT attempt to pull the pusher out as is.
Instead, leave the shroud on, carefully removing the two orings via a small flat head screwdriver.
The shroud will easily slip off now.
Note that the single "forward" oring is NOT the same size as the two "rear" orings. Do not get these confused.
As before, do NOT install the orings immediately. Instead, put the shroud on the pusher first.
Thus it will slip on easily. All skinny pushers are lightly sanded by hand before shipping so ignore any minor discoloration.
Now add the two rear, larger, orings.
After installing the smaller forward oring, reinstall should be simple. Remember, all mods are done at user risk and we are not responsible for damage incurred via improper installation. The part works, as proven by multiple years of shipping and installs by multiple members of the team and customers on a variety of blasters.

99.99% of issues stem from users attempting to remove/install pusher with orings installed. Shroud should only be removed/replaced with orings REMOVED.  Note that forward oring is smaller than two rear orings.  Photos are of a STOCK AF Pro. Note that the shroud can be damaged from stock usage. FPS will not provide replacements. This is the exact reason we offer a downgrade spring for this blaster. Refunds will not be provided for errors from users.  Pusher has been individually tested by hundred of users without issue.
